Polestar
Quiet touches, peaceful contemplations
Straightforward. Without any loud detours. The Polestar performance brand continues to pick up speed. For the showrooms of the international rollout, the e-vehicles were staged in a museum-like surround: A good 400 m2 of very calm design, unobstructed field of vision, full focus on the aesthetics and power of the technology. Smooth surfaces build the visible and tangible bridge to the exhibits. The depot cabinets made of anodized metal invite gentle touches. The handling of doors and drawers is also particularly elegant.
The task
The Swedish e-mobility firm is ready for its stationary brand launch and is on the lookout for a shopfitter that can help secure the feasibility of the project from the very outset. The in-house design team has clear ideas about the materials, but can the high-quality feel actually be achieved this way? What about global availability and logistics? Not only that: Around 70 items of furniture are expected to need adjusting by up to 30 percent at each dealer.

The journey
Vizona sets out the conditions needed to implement the rollout at the pitch presentation already. It provides a clear picture of which decisions will be required, and when and by whom. And it soon presents a library of materials and designs the furniture requested. Vizona actively involves the regional general contractors for each individual dealer. It also assists in briefing tradespeople and thus safeguards the customer’s quality standards.
The result
By closely accompanying the implementation team, Vizona can create depot cabinets made of anodised metal that are precisely tailored to each location – from the 417m2 showroom in Hamburg to the full US rollout. Vizona also organises all supplies and purchases, such as seating furniture and lighting. Given the upcoming new openings, that is a real help for Polestar. And when the stores cross the finishing line, they meet with a positive reception in the media.
