How to obtain used looks in record time?
A popular lifestyle brand is rolling out a new design concept for more than 250 stores and 2,000 shop-in-shop spaces in Europe and Asia. Its special request: the furniture should convince customers with original used looks. This calls for all the development expertise among our materials specialists.
The steel frames for the product tables are rusted in accelerated processes, while the solid timber boards on top are sandblasted and transformed into deceptively real driftwood. Clutching onto their stopwatches, the galvanisers “weather” the pipe clamps in acid baths.
