Clarins
From lab to brand space with natural feeling
The laboratories of Clarins have been maintaining high standards in the manufacture of plant-based cosmetics since 1954. Sustainability and care are the cornerstones of the Parisian company’s work. This was also evident when the team of in-house architects worked with Vizona to perfect a store concept for worldwide rollout. Clarins was looking for an adventuresome partner with a natural feeling for the company hilosophy. And for every process step right through to assembly, a partner with the right instinct for the overall impression created by the mix of clean look, wood elements and red accents. Vizona had the elegant white surfaces made from the composite solid surface material Corian and all boutiques were uniformly structured with the Visplay system Kado 25. The designers also made all the furniture selfsupporting so that the pieces can be used flexibly and as modular units. The results of the laboratory work showcase the brand values with consummate skill— from the first boutiques in the USA via France to Asia.
