Tasks
On request, our general contractor department can take responsibility for the entire construction process: approvals, site planning, site surveys, measurements, material selection, interior fit-out – right through to the turnkey property.
Above all, this includes the commissioning, selection and coordination of all specialist planners and trades and on-site construction management. We prefer to bring partners to the table with whom we have been working together for a long time and have had good experiences.
