2. Collection of data     

For the execution and processing of the contractual relationship, we collect the following personal data: name, e-mail address, address data, telephone numbers, inventory data, etc.  

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  

3. Duration of storage      

We store personal data only until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. Insofar as mandatory retention periods under commercial and tax law must be observed, the duration of the storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.  

4. Disclosure    

Your data will be sent to e.g., shipping service providers, payment service providers, technical service providers, etc., insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract, for example in the context of payment processing or the dispatch of products. We assure you that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by law or court decision, or you have given your express prior consent.  

Insofar as we use the services of third parties to carry out and handle processing operations, the provisions of the GDPR are complied with. In particular these service providers are carefully selected by us and commissioned in writing or electronically. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked by us.  

5. Safety   

We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect your personal data held by us against unauthorized access and misuse. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress. Our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality.  

6. Your rights       

Upon request, you will receive information free of charge about all personal data that we have stored about you, including the origin, recipients and categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on, as well as the purpose of data processing. You can object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time. Within the framework of the statutory provisions, you also have a right to correction and deletion of your personal data, to restriction of the processing of your personal data and a right to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.  

If you have given your consent to the processing of personal data concerning you, you can revoke it at any time. This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
