Workshop series at Vizona

How do we work together? And how good?

Our Commercial Director Finance, IT and HR Kevin Thoma summarises what was to be achieved in Vizona’s workshop week, what we achieved and where we go from here.

The main topic of the workshops was the reflection of our cooperation and communication at Vizona. Between the employees, the different departments and the two locations – the office and the logistics centre.

It was questioned how the vast knowledge that is available in the company can be optimally used and passed on.
How quickly and efficiently are new team members integrated? Because Vizona is growing!
How is the interaction between the two locations? What can be optimised?
Because it quickly became clear: many things are already going well, but we can and want to become even better.

From the results, 8 initiatives were therefore launched – with cross-departmental implementation teams – to further strengthen cooperation and cohesion at Vizona!
